30-Day Returns & Refunds Policy

1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy across all purchases. You have 30 calendar days from the date of carrier delivery confirmation to return an item for a full refund.

2. Original Condition Requirement for Full Refund

To receive a full refund, the item must be returned in the exact original condition as received:

• Brand New / Sealed Items: Must remain unopened, unused, and factory sealed with all original manufacturer tags, seals, packaging, manuals, and accessories intact.
• Vintage & Collectible Items: Must be returned in the identical condition, configuration, and serial number as depicted in the original listing photographs and received upon delivery.
• Packaging: Securely package the item with protective bubble wrap and cushioning (reusing original shipping materials whenever possible) to prevent transit damage.

3. Return Shipping Costs

The buyer pays for the return shipping label. You may purchase and generate a return shipping label with tracking via USPS, UPS, or FedEx to our fulfillment center in Newberg, Oregon.

4. Zero Restocking Fees ($0.00)

We do not charge any restocking fees, repacking fees, or processing penalties. When the item is returned in its original condition, you will receive a 100% full refund of the item purchase price.

5. Fast Refund Processing

Once your return parcel arrives and is inspected at our Newberg, Oregon warehouse (typically within 1 to 2 business days), your full refund will be immediately issued back to your original payment method (PayPal account or card). An automated refund confirmation receipt will be emailed immediately.
