Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Costs & Transit Times

We believe in transparent, upfront pricing with zero hidden fees. Unlike marketplace listings that require calculated postage fees at checkout, every direct order includes standard shipping at no cost to you.

• Direct Storefront Shipping Rate: $0.00 (100% FREE on all items)
• Handling & Processing Time: 2 Business Days (Orders are carefully packaged, inspected, and dispatched within 2 business days)
• Standard Estimated Transit Time: 2 to 5 Business Days via USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground, or FedEx Home Delivery
• Shipping Origin: Newberg, Oregon, United States

2. Carrier Services & Real-Time Tracking

All items are securely packaged with heavy-duty protective padding and bubble wrap. As soon as your order is packaged and accepted by the carrier, a live tracking number is automatically generated and emailed to your PayPal-associated email address.

You can track your package directly at USPS.com, UPS.com, or FedEx.com throughout its entire journey.

3. Shipping Destinations & Exclusions

We ship exclusively to valid physical street addresses and P.O. Boxes within the 48 contiguous United States.

Shipping Exclusions: We do NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We do not offer international shipping.

4. Damaged or Lost Shipments

All direct shipments are fully insured against loss or damage in transit. If your parcel arrives with physical shipping damage or appears lost in transit, please notify us immediately at nwessentialshop@gmail.com with photos of the package, and we will issue an immediate replacement or full refund.
